Hari ni macam mahu share skit cara mudah mahu ada wireless network kat rumah..heee :)
Kat rumah saya guna P1Wimax untuk surfing internet...macam semua tahu kita akan plug in wire dari modem p1wamax ke laptop or pc kita..justeru, untuk satu2 masa hanya satu laptop atau pc sahaja boleh digunakan..
Hasil tunjuk ajar 'sifu' saya ehem ehem..;p saya
mau tak mau kene wat wireless jugak kat rumah kan..;p..
Bahan-bahannya :
1-p1wimax modem
2-linksys AP (apa2 brand pon bole..tak kesah,ikut budget;p)
3-cat5 kabel dan kedua2 ujung misti di 'klip'
4-punca elektrik ;p
5-kene ada jugak extension plug ;p hehe
Perlu ada p1wimax modem dan cat5 kabel..ujung cat5 pertama perlu di plug pada p1wimax dan ujung satu lagi perlu di plug pada linksys AP..(tgk gambar kat bawah untuk lebih paham yer ;p harap maklum)
Perlu ingatkan bahawa AP (nama penuhnya ialah Access Point) misti di setkan kepada 'original firmware' (maaf yer,bahasa melayu tak tau sebut apa ;p)

and....hows the ipad?? thinking of getting one too, hehe.... ipad have no port for lan cable? just wireless?

yes..ipad no port for Lan cabel..i come in two types..first just wireless and second is wireless+3g
i buy ipad that only have the wireless..not the 3g..
of kos the streamyx is better compared to wimax..because wimax not that stable..
i dont use the streamyx because of
my house area not provide the line..so that y i go to wimax..
wimax is ok..but sometimes its abit slow..:)
depends on ur budget ;p
shak, saya punya P1 exactly the same macam shak punye.. tp saya punya ada wireless.. memang pakai utk 1 PC dan 2 laptop.. kenapa ada beza ye?
